What is covered
Our first concern in that you receive the best quality medical care. we will therefore only cover treatment which is medically necessary and which is recommended or carried out by a registered medical practitioner. We also want to ensure that any treatment you receive is appropriate for your condition and diagnosis. We strongly advise you to check your benefit entitlement prior to receiving treatment.
The following is a summary guide to what hospital and medical charges are normally eligible for reimbursement. These may vary from the terms and conditions stated in your company's policy. You Should also check the cost of treatment with your doctor and your choice of hospital so that you are fully aware of your level of cover. If you are unsure whether a proposed treatment is eligible for benefit or you would like to have advice as to which hospital is appropriate for your choice of plan, please contact one of our advisors at BUPA Health Insurance on 0-2632-1122 or email CSC@bupb.co.th
